Refund Policy

Bichess offers monthly and annual subscription plans that grant access to premium features. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the billing cycle associated with your selected plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.

You may cancel your Bichess subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days after cancellation.

Bichess generally does not offer refunds for unused subscription time. However, we may issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

• A technical error caused double billing on our end.
• Your account was suspended due to a verified error on our part.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

In certain jurisdictions, consumers may hold statutory rights that supersede this policy. For example, users in the European Union may benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services purchased online, subject to conditions. We will always honor mandatory legal rights applicable in your country.
